A play first published in the weekly cultural supplement of Syria’s
Al-Thawra newspaper in Syria in 1997. It is about a master
who gets others to play a certain game with rules he has made and
continually changes so he remains the only winner. It is a play
about law, tyranny, love and sacrifice. Performed at the Kharafi
Festival in Kuwait in 2009.

heroine is a woman whose husband has taken a second wife. She tries
to make him stay with her, revealing her humiliation, pain and
jealousy.
